It’s been a few days since our last update. And, there’s a lot to say. So, here it goes.

First, let’s tear off the band aids quickly. There will be no boat cruise. We were unable to secure the necessary funds to cover the boat cruise and, while a few potential sponsors came forward, none was able to commit before another group booked and paid for the boat. Also, two of our speakers have had to pull out. There. It hurt for a moment.

Now, the good stuff. We have secured two new speakers for the conference. Sylvain Grand’maison will be kicking off the Saturday morning program and slam poet Brandon Wint will get us going after lunch. We’ve also resequenced the program a bit for flow. And, we’re looking into new plans for Saturday evening. We’ll keep you posted.

Finally, we are working on the menu for the catered sit-down lunch on Saturday. Please contact us is you have any dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc…)

Here’s the revised program. Don’t forget to REGISTER.
